Refund and Returns Policy

All our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted print partner, Gelato. This means that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

If you believe your item is eligible for a return or replacement due to a defect, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

To be eligible, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged, misprinted, or defective

  • A clear photo of the item is provided

  • The issue is reported within 30 days of delivery

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

  • Incorrect sizing due to customer error

  • Incorrect delivery address provided at checkout

Non-Returnable Items

As all items are custom printed upon order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Items without any defect

  • Products used, worn, or washed

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive your claim and evidence (photo, order number), we will review and notify you via email of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
